What if I placed an order, but realized my address is incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with any address changes, and we will change the shipping destination.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?

You will receive an automatic confirmation to the email address used to place the order. If you do not see the email then there may have been a typo when submitting the order, or something happened with our system and you should reach out to us on our contact page

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders allow you to be first in line for upcoming new, or even exclusive/limited time merchandise. Once you have placed your pre-order, your item allocation is locked in and guaranteed. Afterwards, keep an eye on your email as we will be sending you a message when the product is ready to ship. Due to the nature of pre-orders, a time-frame between placement date and shipping date cannot be guaranteed (unless specified), but we do our best to ensure the shortest delay possible.

What happens if my checkout includes both an in-stock & pre-order item?

Your in-stock item will ship following our normal shipping timelines stated below.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Costs vary depending on what items are ordered, the amount ordered, how heavy or large they are, and where they are going.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide.

When will my order ship? - Most Orders

It is our mission to have orders shipped out within 2-3 business days of placement when items are in stock. Pre-orders will ship 2-3 business days after inventory arrives after the pre-order closes (we will notify you). Keep in mind that this does not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday), or U.S. Holidays.

When will my order ship? - Sticker Only

Orders containing only stickers are shipped in batches weekly, on Tuesdays. This includes pre-orders where the only in-stock item in your cart was a sticker. 

How long will my order take to arrive once shipped?

Generally, domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days of being shipped, while international orders vary anywhere from 7-21 business days. However, with supply chains being impacted as of 2020, delays may be expected for both domestic & international orders.
